(( Below are stats that I will use for a dice roll. The entire thing goes with 20 points given originally, with additions and subtractions depending on the stat. They are on a scale of -10 to 10 and borrow skill groups from both Oblivion and Skyrim. These are her skill levels in certain things, like schools of magic or weapons. If you need me to, feel free to simply ask me to convert these values in whatever way necessary. ))

Celebration over, let's get down to business.

Gwyneira is perhaps my favorite character that I have ever made. She's come a long ways with me, and I've worked pretty hard on her. She has a very, very set way that she works that I don't particularly care to change, particularly not for one small RP.

As I said, I've put a lot of time into making her. I realize that, in some continuities, she might be considered overpowered. In the one that she is in, however, it's perfectly normal for people who practice magic from a young age to have abilities similar to hers in their Schools of choice. If something seems out of place, please, don't hesitate to talk to me about it in a calm, mature way! I jump at the chance to improve any of my characters.

As long as you don't make an active attempt to antagonize or attack her, expect Gwyneira to operate like any normal millenniums old elf. If you try to chop her in half, expect her to behave like just about anyone else would. I have her developed to be a certain way. I'm sorry if you don't like it, but I won't change her for a short term RP very often at all, or at all for an AU character.

Yes, I love RP. I'm an RP addict. But I might be a bit picky when it comes to RP. I don't demand perfection, but I do ask that you have a general enough knowledge of the English language that you know how to form coherent sentences and spell words properly. L33t$p34k is the bane of my existence, and don't even get me started with ppl ho tlk lik dis. I don't think it's much to ask that you are a bit more eloquent than that. Putting asterisks around posts seems silly and confusing to me- just post with your character's name in front of what they're doing, preferably in third person. Or, if you're on Furcadia, put a semicolon or a colon in front of everything you do. It makes it easier to read, and makes everything go a lot smoother.

The bane of everyone's existence. Still, if we're going to RP, at least scan these so that you know my expectations of an RP partner- likewise, if you have anything to say, I will be more than happy to listen. Unless otherwise negotiated, these rules will stand. I will add to these as needed. If you want a more condensed version of my icks and squicks in interactions with others, look at the chart below!

1. If possible, I would like to have a long term RP, though at the very least try to respect the work I put into her by not deciding to randomly start a fight to kill or otherwise injure her physically or mentally- that is not plot or fun RP for most people. If it has a good, logical, IC reason, I am all for conflict if she's going to be damaged, there should be a probable explanation as to why this is happening for the sake of continuity.
   
2. It's been way oversaid by everyone and their mother, but I don't particularly appreciate IC to OOC, or OOC drama in general. I can completely understand if someone is upset at how an RP is turning out for their character, as I feel that too, but some things just cross the line. As an RPer, you should be able to take it if your character is damaged in some way. I like a good plot as much as the next person, and people who get all mad about something bad happening ruin the experience.
   
3. If you are not willing to put in the effort that a long-term RP puts in, please, do not decide to go about harming or helping my character in any serious way. Short encounters? Ok, I'm fine with those, but cutting off an arm during one isn't exactly my idea of a good time since it's heavily damaging my characterand ruining a lot of her life in return for little to nothing. I don't enjoy Persona RP, because it ruins the idea that what you do has a lasting effect on the world, but I can understand if someone else wants to do it- I do not, because I enjoy continuities. As a side note to this, it is impossible to accurately judge someone within five minutes of meeting them, and so I must ask that you refrain from 'guessing' her biggest secrets within a few seconds of encountering her. That ruins the fun of RP!
   
4. Be creative- that's the second most important part of RPing, behind 'have fun' in importance. I spent quite a bit of time with this character, and I'm still constantly trying to develop her as many RPers do with their characters. I don't mind someone basing something off of one or two ideas, but don't directly copy anything without my permission. I'm not expecting problems with this, considering... well, me... but there's no harm in putting it here as an obligatory warning.
   
5. Paitence is a virtue. I have a pretty busy life, between soccer and everything else that I have to do, so if I need to vanish to do something, please respect that. I will usually, if not always, give you a warning if I need to leave but it is not always possible. If I don't, I apologize in advance! Return the favor, though- tell me if you need to leave so that I don't wait around forever. Real Life comes first, I understand and ask that you do too.
   
6. If you have any complaints with my character at all, do not hesitate to tell me. However, I must ask that you do so in a sensible, reasonable way. Simply crying 'Mary Sue' or 'god moder' doesn't help anyone- all it does is thoroughly irritate both parties. If you see my character as imbalanced or unrealistic for her setting, tell me why and I will decide whether or not it's a valid point.
